[00:00:28] Speaker A: Hello. Greetings and the might in the of Jesus Christ. I am Pastor Steve Olofa. Thank you for joining this episode of Wisdom Daily Devotional. I will be speaking on the message Understanding Waiting Seasons. [00:00:48] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:00:50] Speaker A: Understanding Waiting Seasons have you ever wondered why it is taking so long? So long in Ecclesiastes 3:11. Yet God has made everything beautiful in his own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart. But even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God's work from the beginning to the end. [00:01:25] Speaker C: Praise the Lord. [00:01:27] Speaker A: Waiting is one of the hardest spiritual seasons because delay feels like denial. But it is not. God does three things in waiting seasons. Number one, he prepares you. [00:01:43] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:01:48] Speaker A: He aligns you with circumstances. [00:01:51] Speaker C: Praise the Lord. [00:01:53] Speaker A: And number three, he protects you from the mature outcomes. [00:01:59] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:02:01] Speaker C: Praise the Lord. [00:02:03] Speaker A: The Word of God says, In Isaiah, chapter 40, verse 30 and 31, even youths will become weak and tired and young men will fall in exhaustion. Verse 31 says, but those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will return. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint. [00:02:34] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:02:36] Speaker A: Waiting is not wasted time. It is formation time. [00:02:41] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:02:44] Speaker A: What should you do while waiting? One, stay faithful. Number two, be prayerful. And number three, be patient. [00:02:58] Speaker C: Praise the Lord. [00:03:00] Speaker A: God is not late. He is intentional in all he does. [00:03:08] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:03:11] Speaker A: Delay is not rejection. It is preparation. There is an adage. When preparation meets opportunity, there are resources. [00:03:25] Speaker B: Hallelujah. [00:03:27] Speaker C: Praise the Lord. [00:03:30] Speaker A: Thank you for listening to this message.
